RESERVATION
All reservations must be confirmed by e-mail, fax or letter and for the reservation to be completed a credit card number including expiry date and security code must be communicated. We will charge in advance the equivalent of 1 night stay on the credit card.
Alternatively, the booking can be completed with
- a cheque (clearable to French banks only)
- a bank draft to the hotel bank account of the equivalent of 1 night stay.

CANCELLATION
Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing (e-mail, fax or letter). Cancellation less than 15 days before intended arrival date will result in full loss of your deposit
Over 15 days , we will refund you your full deposit less 10 euros of administration fee.

DEPARTURE
Rooms must be vacated before 12 pm
